Who is PBS Plastics?

PBS Plastics is a custom extrusion manufacturer of both rigid and flexible tubing and profiles with over 50 years experience serving a wide variety of industries.

What types of material does PBS Plastics extrude?

PBS Plastics offers both rigid and flexible tubing, including BPA Free, DEHP Free, Phthalate Free, Latex Free, Class VI, NSF, Antimicrobial, bio-based, and flame retardant materials. We welcome customer requests to work with new materials all the time; however some of the more common materials extruded here are: PVC (both flexible and rigid), Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, TPE’s, TPU’s, TPR’s, Polycarbonate, Nylon, Pebax®, PVDF, ABS, PC/ABS, Polysulfone, Acrylic, Butyrate, Propionate, and Provista™

What size range can PBS Plastics extrude?

PBS Plastics can extrude tubes and profiles from 1/8” to 6” in outside diameter with wall thicknesses from .008” to whatever you need.

What are your typical lead times?

First time orders of simple round tubes: 2-3 weeks.
First time orders of other complicated shapes and hollow profiles: typically 4-6 weeks.
Repeat orders on all: 2-3 weeks.

Can you produce colors?

Yes, we can match any color you need in all materials we extrude with in-house color processing.

What are your minimums?

We execute small R&D projects all the time and we run production quantities into the millions of pieces. Instead of setting restrictions, we set minimums on a case-by-case basis in order to give our customers options.
